1. When you call me I guarantee to turn up on time. Unlike some other electricians I will never leave you waiting all day for me to turn up. I like punctuality and I’m sure you appreciate the need for good time keeping. There’s nothing worse than waiting in all day for anything, certainly not a service you’re paying for. I’ll always be on time and call you when I’m on my way. If for any reason something crops up which means rescheduling our agreed appointment time, I will let you know well in advance. Complete customer satisfaction means everything to me and my business.

2. I am extremely efficient and tidy and will treat both you and your property with the utmost respect.

All of my electrical work is guaranteed for a full 12 months meaning nothing more for you to pay should anything go wrong within this time frame. You have complete peace of mind employing KT21 Electrical.

If in the unlikely event you do need to call me back for some reason because of a fault within the 12 month guarantee period – there are no extra charges at all for my time or for replacement parts.
